Service Usage Terms

OTT Applications & Services

• OTT apps are subject to provider availability and updates
• OTT content availability may vary by region and is subject to licensing agreements
• Sri Thirupathi Cable Network is not responsible for OTT app updates or service interruptions
• Access to OTT services may be discontinued if the app provider withdraws their service

Speed & Performance

• Speeds may vary depending on device, area, and network conditions
• Advertised speeds represent maximum possible speeds under ideal conditions
• Network congestion during peak hours may affect actual speeds
• We strive to maintain consistent speeds but do not guarantee exact advertised speeds at all times

Payment & Billing

• Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated
• Cancellation of service does not entitle refund of advance payment
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Invoice disputes must be raised within 7 days of billing date

User Responsibilities

• Users must follow Indian IT rules and guidelines
• Users must not engage in illegal activities or unauthorized access
• Users agree not to use bandwidth for peer-to-peer file sharing or torrenting
• Users must maintain the security of their login credentials
• Users are responsible for any activity conducted through their account

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your service.

• Plans and pricing may be updated without prior notice
• Features and OTT offerings may change based on licensing agreements
• Service areas may be expanded or modified

Limitation of Liability

Sri Thirupathi Cable Network & Internet is not liable for:

• Loss of data or service interruptions due to technical issues
• Damages from unauthorized account access
• Third-party service failures (including OTT providers)
• Network disruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure events

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website are the property of Sri Thirupathi Cable Network & Internet or their respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Legal Compliance

All services are provided in accordance with:

• Indian Telegraph Act, 1885
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
